Thinking in systems.
At first glance, my career may seem wide-ranging. To me, these are not separate chapters but connected perspectives on the same question: how do people, processes, business, data and technology work together?
Scanner Mind does not mean jumping between everything at once. It means quickly connecting information from different fields. A software problem may actually be a problem with responsibilities. Poor data quality may result from an unclear workflow. Resistance to a new system may be a useful indication that its value is missing.
That is why interfaces interest me so much. They give rise to the most interesting questions — and often the most effective improvements. This is the common thread linking automotive DMS, dealer data, e-commerce, support, project work, process digitisation and AI.
